This is a mural that I have been in charge of getting done. At the end of the 2008 school year, I was chosen to be a project manager for my visual communications club. One of the projects we wanted to work on was doing a mural. I brain stormed throughout the summer, and got an idea of what I wanted to do. When I got into school in September I began to design the mural. I had access to the Adobe Suite and used Illustrator to complete the design. When I finished, I gave itto my principal for approval. Next I had to trace the design onto the wall by projecting it with an overhead. In the middle of this step, I had to take a break due to private issues. After everything calmed down, I finished tracing and started painting. All of the students and teachers have been enthusiastic and eager to help. The project will be completed by June 12.
