Description
This is a contest where you can show your creativity along with your newly developed graphic design skills to win some great prizes. Create the perfect summer technology inspired T-shirt graphics. The winners will get money shirts with their designs printed on them!
All you need to do is create a design with the Vertigo logo and name integrated in it. Exactly the kind of thing that you would do if you were hired by a company. Blend your creativity and style with theirs. Develop a skill that may land you a job!

Basic Steps
Here are the steps to complete your design.
- Come up with your concept
- Consisider sketching it out a few times first
- Create your real design. You can do this by hand on paper or use a graphic design tool. See the tools section for some recommendations.
- Make sure you integrate the Vertigo snowflake logo (see example) and name into your design
- Add any colors and effects
- If you created the design in a tool, save as high of quality as you can
- If you created your design by hand, scan as high of quality as you can and save
- Upload your design
Rules
Here is a summary.
- Must be US resident age 13-18 to participate
- Must have completed the "Digital Graphics Lab" learning path
- Design must be of your own creation, no copyrighted material
- You must include the Vertigo logo in the lower left or right corner of your graphic
- Your submission should represent summer technology in some way
- Standard image formats only (jpeg, gif, png, tiff)
- Submit between 6/15/09 and 11:59 pm Pacific Time on 8/18/09.
- Enter as many times as you would like

Prizes
