This song was written using Propellerhead's Reason 3.0 MIDI sampling/playback software,  and was worked on over the course of a summer. I started with the initial phrase idea, adding basic drums followed by the bass, then a few synth. The piano was added over top to add some more variety to the sound apart from the techno flavor it already had. I then added all of the fill parts and secondary percussion. To finish it off, I panned different tracks to the left or right to give the song more depth and then mixed the levels of all of the tracks to acheive a sound that I was happy with.
